Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based integrations using Dell Boomi AtomSphere to automate end-to-end business processes across various enterprise applications. Implement and support integrations involving Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) Pro and UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) modules, including employee data syncs, time collection, and payroll processes. Collaborate on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, and Accruals integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with organizational policies. Create and manage custom connectors and data mappings in Boomi to support file-based and API-based integration between UKG, Workday, and SAP cloud applications. Configure and support SAP EC Payroll (Private Cloud Edition) integrations using iDocs, SFTP, and API interfaces, facilitating payroll input/output processing and reconciliation. Perform system performance analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failed or delayed integrations, using log traces, retry mechanisms, and external monitoring tools. Work under supervision.
